Today, every location is franchised. Irene attributes the company's success not only to her business acumen but more importantly, to her knowledge and management of the company's second largest cost component - real estate.
Finding up-and-coming neighbourhoods, negotiating lucrative leases, and project managing the buildout of each store cost-effectively, proved to be instrumental to her business. On the personal side, Irene has combined her passion for real estate with her savvy entrepreneurial spirit by buying, selling, leasing, and staging multiple properties.
